These evaluations demonstrate psychological impact, extreme hardship, or trauma to support immigration applications, increasing the likelihood of success.
Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601/I-601A): Assesses the impact on a U.S. citizen or permanent resident family member if the applicant is deported.
Asylum: Evaluates the psychological impact of persecution in the home country.
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act): Documents emotional/psychological abuse suffered by spouses or children of U.S. citizens.
U-Visa (Victims of Crime) & T-Visa (Human Trafficking): Documents mental/physical abuse resulting from crimes committed in the U.S..
N-648 (Naturalization Waiver): For individuals unable to take the citizenship test due to cognitive/psychological issues.
