Who We Are

Founded in 2003 by Andrew Smith and Elizabeth Louie, M.D., The Center for Precious Minds is a dedicated team of licensed psychologists, vocational evaluators, and professionals committed to helping individuals unlock their full potential. With compassion, expertise, and decades of combined experience, we provide Psychological Evaluations, Comprehensive Vocational Evaluations, and Situational assessments—offering clear insights and meaningful guidance tailored to each person’s unique journey.

Who We Serve

We proudly serve adolescents, adults, and individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities. As an approved vendor with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and the Division of Blind Services (DBS), we work closely with clients seeking career development, educational guidance, or diagnostic clarity. We also provide private evaluations for individuals, families, schools, and organizations seeking professional insight and personalized support.
