Our Process
Initial Intake Session
Your journey begins with a simple step—scheduling your Initial Intake Session (cost $150).
During this one-on-one appointment with our Licensed Psychologist, we take the time to understand your background, current concerns, and the specific questions you would like addressed.
Get a customized plan
One of our team members will contact you to go over the details of the recommendation. They’ll explain how long the evaluation will take, the cost, our availability, and what to expect throughout the process, so you have all the necessary information to make a well-informed decision.
Schedule the evaluation
If you choose to move forward with the recommended evaluation, the initial intake Session fee ($150) will be credited toward the total cost of your psychological evaluation. Should you decide not to continue with the evaluation, you will receive a letter from the Psychologist outlining the recommended type of evaluation.
Report & Feedback Session
Following the evaluation, you will receive a detailed written report that addresses the findings, conclusions, and offers personalized recommendations tailored just for you.
We’ll schedule a phone consultation with the doctor to explain results, review recommendations, address concerns, and answer all questions.
